Return and Refund Policy


1. Order Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within the first 48 hours after purchase.

• If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your money.

• If your order has already been shipped but you requested cancellation before the shipping date and time, you can refuse the package upon arrival so that it is returned to the sender.

• The cost of shipping the package back is your responsibility. Once we receive the returned decant and verify that it is unopened, we will issue your refund.

2. Opened or Used Products

• For hygiene reasons and to guarantee the quality of the perfume, we do not accept returns of decanters that have been opened or used.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect decanter:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.

2. Send us photos of the decant and your order receipt.

We will review your case and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.

We only cover replacement shipping if the error was ours or the decant arrived damaged.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned decant or confirm the error in your order.

6. Authenticity Guaranteed

All our decanters are 100% authentic, taken from the manufacturer's original bottles.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping company to the correct address.

We recommend contacting the shipping company directly if your package is lost or stolen.

Summary:

• Cancellation: within 48 hours before shipment.
