1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Petite Delight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

2. Products & Authenticity

• All decants sold by Petite Delight are 100% authentic fragrances, decanted directly from original manufacturer bottles.

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand.

• Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

• Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. Cancellations

• Order cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of purchase and before the order has been shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used decants.

• If you receive a damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and proof of purchase.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by us or the item arrived damaged.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to process.

• We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of any product.
