1. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via trusted carriers within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

4. Fragrance Shipping Notice

Perfumes and decants contain alcohol and may be classified as limited quantity items for shipping purposes. All packages are properly packed and labeled according to shipping guidelines.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Petite Delight is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
